  Terms of Service 

   A deposit is required for all scheduled services and is due at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and once transferable.  A paid deposit can transfer to a new appointment if canceled at least 24 hours prior and the reschedule service date is within the month. The deposit amount is based on the service and time scheduled and is deducted from the service total.

  Please contact the salon if you do not receive an invoice via text or email promptly after booking. Failure to submit a deposit at time of booking results in "walk in" services only. 'Walk ins' are accepted depending on availability but service is NOT guaranteed.

  To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are forfeited if arrival is 15 minutes after the appointment start time The salon can NOT guarantee services to clients who are more than 20 minutes behind schedule.

   In the event of a 'LATE CANCELLATION', deposits will be forfeited. In the event of a 'NO CALL NO SHOW', the service total must be paid before any new service is rendered.

 

  A 5% transaction fee is added to ALL payments made through your invoice. This includes credit/debit cards, gift cards and third-party institutions. There are no transaction fees on electronic payments if sent directly via Zelle, Apple Pay or Venmo.
