Salon Policy

CLIENT CONSULTATION


All new clients must receive a phone or in-person consultation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment if not already completed.

​Refrain from shampooing or irritating your scalp 48 hours prior to a chemical service. Do not apply any products to your hair prior to a weave/braid service.

​​All hair color services require a consultation. Hair extensions must be colored prior to your scheduled appointment.

​APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an existing appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

A $25 late fee will be assessed 15 minutes after the appointment start time.

The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive more than 20 minutes after their scheduled time. 

If there is a no call no show, the total amount will be due for any scheduled service 

A non refundable deposit is required for all scheduled services and is due at time of booking. Appointments are not set until a deposit is received. 


CHILDREN /GUESTS

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service.  At this time no extra people are allowed in the salon during a service/consultation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to provide a safe environment. ​​​​​

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

There are no refunds on services completed at our salons. Accepted Forms of payment are Cash, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo
