CLIENT CONSULTATION

All new clients must receive a phone or in-person consultation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment if not already completed.

​Refrain from shampooing or irritating your scalp 48 hours prior to a chemical service. Do not apply any products to your hair prior to hair extensions/braid services.

​APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Visit our online booking page to schedule an appointment. To avoid a late cancellationcontact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an existing appointment.

non-refundable deposit is required for all scheduled services and is due at time of booking. Your booking is NOT complete until the deposit is received. Contact us if you do NOT receive an invoice via text or email.  View Terms

A late fee will be accessed 15minutes after the appointment start time and deposits are forfeited.

The salon can NOT guarantee services to clients who are more than 20minutes behind schedule.

If rebooking after a late cancellation, a deposit is due at time of booking and previous deposits are forfeited. If booking after a No Call No Show, the total amount of the appointment is due at time of booking and must be paid before any service is rendered.

CHILDREN/GUESTS​​

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service.  No extra people are allowed in the salon during a service/consultation unless previously authorized.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS​

There are no refunds on services completed at our salons. Accepted Forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo
