CLIENT CONSULTATION
All new clients must receive a phone or in-person consultation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment if not already completed.
Refrain from shampooing or irritating your scalp 48 hours prior to a chemical service. Do not apply any products to your hair prior to a weave/braid service.
All hair color services require a consultation. Hair extensions must be colored prior to your scheduled appointment.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an existing appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
A $25 late fee will be assessed 15minutes after the appointment start time.
The salon can NOT guarantee services to clients who are more than 20minutes behind schedule.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all scheduled services and is due at time of booking. Your booking is NOT complete until the deposit is received.
If rebooking after a late cancellation, previous deposits are forfeited. If rebooking after a No Call No Show, the total amount of the missed appointment must be paid before any new service is rendered.
CHILDREN/GUESTS
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. At this time no extra people are allowed in the salon during a service/consultation.
PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
There are no refunds on services completed at our salons. Accepted Forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo
