Salon Policy

CLIENT CONSULTATION

All new clients must receive a phone or in-person consultation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment if not already completed.

​Refrain from shampooing or irritating your scalp 48 hours prior to a chemical service. Do not apply any products to your hair prior to hair extensions/braid services.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Visit our online booking page to schedule an appointment.  non-refundable deposit is required for all scheduled services and is due at time of booking. Your booking is NOT complete until the deposit is received. View Terms.  Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an existing appointment.  Deposits are forfeited if arrival is more than 15 minutes after the appointment start time. The salon can NOT guarantee services to clients who are more than 20 minutes behind schedule.

If rebooking after a LATE CANCELLATION, previous deposits are forfeited and new deposit amounts increase. If booking after a NO CALL NO SHOW, the total service amount is due at time of booking and must be paid before any service is rendered.

CHILDREN/GUESTS​​

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service.  No extra people are allowed in the salon during a service/consultation unless previously authorized.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

There are no refunds on services completed at our salons. Accepted Forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all debit/credit card payments. Hair care products, bundles and other items purchased may not be returned or exchanged after leaving the salon.
